Okay, Dungeoneering recently got a massive overhaul
So here's how it works now!
Step 1 - Starting up the dungeon
Note: The official clans are: Dung100 , Dung50 , Dung3
You have the main lobby, where you can go down the ladder to enter the dungeons
However now you recieve this interface when you click on the ladder...
Once you have recieved this message
Click on the dungeon appropriate to your combat level.
This interface will now appear...
Now, this bit needs explaining.
In order to compelte your dungeon, you will need a Miner/Smither, Fisher and Adventurer
The reason for this is because...
In order to access the portal where it says "Purple Diamond Key required" you need your Miner/Smither to use the bonecrusher on a Novite Bar to produce the key.
Once the Miner/Smither has done that you will be able to access the rats.
However, the rats hit very highly and you will probably need potions and/or food, so you will need your fisher to get the food for you and your miner/smither to farm herbs and make potions for you!
It's a very team-based game.
Step 2 - Inside the dungeon
Now, once you're inside the dungeon you have the following layout...
- Adventurers -
Gorgonite Longsword
3 Bouldabass
- Miners/Smithers -
Bonecrusher
20k GP
Gorgonite Pickaxe
- Fishers -
1x Net
1x Lobster Pot
1x Harpoon
Okay, here is a map of the Dungeon
Key:
Black - Exit
Blue - Fishing
Orange - Portal to rats
White - Mining/Smithing/Farming
Pink - Boss
Okay, here's an explanation...
The portal that you click on to enter the boss room, you need an Orange Key for..You can gain this orange key by killing rats.
However, you need the Purple Key to access rats, but i explained how to get that further up.
Use the bonecrusher on the Novite Bar
However, once you enter the boss room you lose the Orange Key, but you keep access to the room...so if you die, you can go back in. However, if you leave the dungeon at any point you will lose access to the boss room and you will not get any experience
Okay, once you have killed the boss, you will get another key!
You can use this key to get out of the dungeon with, simply click on the portal that you entered the boss with and you will gain some Dungeoneering Experience!
-Helpful things to know-
Seeds -> Herbs -> Potions
Winters Grip -> Super Restore
Aloe -> Prayer
FeatherFoil -> Super Strength
Valerian -> Super Defence
Wormwood -> Super Attack
Use Super Defence + Strength + Attack to make overloads!
