Rather than me posting randomely on the forum, not knowing where to actually report someone with proof, I decided to post that there should be a "Report Abuse" or "Report Player" section in the forums. So players can post people or even mods disobeying rules.
This is easier for the community to take a screenshot or make a video, and easily post a topic on the issue.
