Herblore suggestions

Hey, I have soem ideas for Herblore, maybe add it so we can make extreme ranging,magics and prayers to and at 99 herblore, we can put all together(except prayer) to create an overload. Another suggestion is to make special restores, maybe at a high lvl like 95 or something, but something that we can use in slayer etc. but not while pking. Thanks for taking these suggestions into consideration.
